Presentation & Discussion
Time at disposal for each Oral Communication is 10 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions/discussion.
For computer assisted projections, all documents must be PC compatible. Your laptop cannot be used at the conference, please have your presentation available either on a CD-Rom, DVD or USB pen drive. Presentation must be a Microsoft Power Point file. Please avoid too much heavy presentations.
A slide center will be available for delegates to preview and upload their slides.
Authors are advised to submit your presentation files/slides/videos to the Slide center at least 2 hours before the beginning of the respective session.
Posters can be mounted in the Poster Area from 10.00 Friday April 17th and during meeting opening hours.
In the Poster Area from mounting to 17.00 Saturday April 18th.
During the discussion poster sessions (see below).
There will be 10 Poster-walk Sessions each guided by a chair (duration: 1 hour), all held on Saturday, April 18th in Poster Area. Sessions 1–3–5–7-9 will be held from 14:15 to 15:15; sessions 2–4–6–8-10 from 15:15 to 16:15. Poster authors are requested to be present at their poster at the start and during the entire Poster–walk Session; they will have 3 minutes to present their poster and 2 minutes for discussion. During these walks, an expert in the field will discuss posters, together with the authors and interested Conference delegates.
From 17.00 to 18.00 Saturday April 18th. After this time all remaining posters will be destroyed by the organizing staff.
Maximum size of the Poster is 90 cm wide x 130 cm high (vertical orientation). Material for poster mounting will be available on site.
